Today marks the first day of the DhoonyaFIT Challenge. I'm excited to get started and find out the final contest details.
Last night I made Oh She Glows' Lightened Up Protein Power Goddess Bowl. The boyfriend was home sick yesterday so I wanted to make something uber-healthy in order to make him feel better. The Goddess Bowl is basically a hot salad with lentils, grains, vegetables and a tahini lemon salad dressing. Delicious!
The recipe made 6 cups so I have plenty of leftovers for lunch today. This will be a great meal to kick-off the challenge.
Perfect way to start!
